Ideas and Happenings..

Super Bowl Sunday - Yes, it's only November and the teams are still early in the battle.  Still, Coach Griffith (our church planting advisor) suggests we organize a couple's night for the Super Bowl.  Big Screen TV, Chips and dip, cokes, peanuts, and all around fun. This would be a good time to advance the hunger relief mission Souper-Bowl Sunday, as well.  Serve soup, take up an offering, and send it to hunger relief missions.  What to you say?

The Holidays are Coming!  It would be great to have a community event for the season.  Any Ideas??  Drop us a note, email or phone call. 

Prayer Tour, There seems to be a need to focus on capitalizing from the opportunities granted from the prayer tours of the past two  months. So, we'll take a recess from the gathered tours until the week after Thanksgiving.  However, KEEP YOUR OWN PRAYER CYCLE GOING!  It will make a world of difference.

Brown Bag Hunger Relief, Tuesday November 21, 9:00 - 11:00 am; meeting at the War Memorial on Appleton St., Downtown Holyoke

Horizons for the Homeless - details for volunteering at this daycare shelter for children is available during worship.
